1. 3G Quality Retirees Course
以退休人士為對象的「3G圓滿人生輔工課程」過去已經舉辦二十二屆，今年十一月理大專業進修學院與善寧會再度攜手合辦第23屆課程。課程內容提倡退休人士以「3G: Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good」為理念，學習「活好老年」。課程由專家講者針對老年可預見之身、心、社、靈問題，提供正向知識，並引導學員積極實踐社會服務，體驗退休者之幸福。
